My name is Marta Perlin.
I am a permanent makeup
artist and artistic tattooist
with 14 years of experience. I am an inspirer, experimenter, and creator of extreme color eyebrow tattoos, as well as unique signature coloristic systems and tattoo blending techniques, which have been used by other artists for over 8 years. I have designed my own equipment – the Jelly cartridges and the Luna Permanent Makeup Machine.
