2. WHO THE BUYER IS
The “Buyer” (or “Customer”) is any natural person or legal entity who:
accesses the website or sales page of the Course,
completes the purchase process,
pays for the Course in full or via an approved payment provider.
By purchasing, the Buyer confirms that they are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
3. WHAT YOU GET
When you purchase the Course, you receive:
Access to digital training materials for 6 months.
A personal account on our platform.
A non-transferable license for personal use only.
Clarification:
The Course is provided as a digital service and access-based product, not a physical good.
4. AVAILABLE LANGUAGES
The Course is available in 11 languages:
English — full dubbing (audio)
Russian — original audio
Subtitles: Italian, French, Polish, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Ukrainian, Hebrew, Chinese.
Translations are provided for convenience and may contain minor inaccuracies due to human factors and language interpretation.
Important notice on translations:
Some linguistic differences, simplifications, or interpretation variations may occur due to localization and human translation processes.
5. LEARNING FORMAT
This is a self-paced course.
To keep the price accessible and the format flexible:
No personal coaching.
No feedback.
No Q&A support included.
No live sessions or consultations.
6. PAYMENT & ACCESS
All prices are final (Seller is not a VAT payer).
Secure payment is processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal or similar).
Access is granted immediately after successful payment confirmation.
Contract formation:
The agreement between Seller and Buyer is considered legally concluded at the moment when:
payment is successfully processed, or
payment confirmation is received from the payment provider.
7. IMPORTANT: EU CONSUMER RIGHTS
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and applicable Slovak legislation, including Act No. 102/2014 Z.z.:
By completing your purchase, you:
request immediate access to digital content,
agree that the service begins immediately before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
explicitly acknowledge and consent that the 14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) right is lost once access is granted.
This means refunds are not available once access to the digital content has been provided.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE
All materials in the Course (including videos, texts, graphics, structure, and methodology) are protected intellectual property of Perlin s.r.o.
The Buyer receives a limited license which is:
non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use only, valid only for the duration of access.
Strictly prohibited:
copying or reproducing materials, screen recording or downloading content, sharing access credentials, distributing or reselling content, publishing content publicly or privately.
Violation may result in:
immediate termination of access without refund, legal action and compensation claims.
9. FAIR USE
We kindly ask you to respect the work behind this Course.
Your access is strictly for personal use only.
You may not:
share your account, copy or distribute materials, upload content to any platform, resell or transfer access.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access in case of misuse.
10.COMPETITION & NON-CIRCUMVENTION
The Course is designed as a complete educational system.
You agree not to:
copy, replicate, or recreate the Course structure or materials, use the Course content to create competing educational products, redistribute the methodology in any form.
This restriction applies for 24 months from the date of purchase.
11.RESULTS DISCLAIMER
This Course is based on personal experience and educational content.
We do not guarantee:
income or financial results, professional success, business or career outcomes, specific personal achievements.
Your results depend entirely on your own effort, skills, implementation, and external factors.
We are not responsible for any outcomes derived from application of the Course content.
12.TRANSLATION DISCLAIMER
Where translations or subtitles are provided:
they are for convenience only, they may contain minor errors or variations
interpretation differences may occur due to human translation.
The original meaning is intended to be conveyed as accurately as reasonably possible, but perfection across all languages is not guaranteed.
13.LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for:
indirect or consequential damages, loss of income or profits, misuse of information provided in the Course, decisions made by the Buyer based on Course content.
All actions taken by the Buyer are at their own risk.
14.LEGAL
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
Any disputes shall be resolved:
first through mutual negotiation, if unsuccessful, in Slovak courts.
